All Weather, Inc. Releases AWOSWeb™ 1.0
Sacramento, CA (November 3, 2010) – All Weather, Inc. (AWI), a leading manufacturer of weather information systems and meteorological sensors, has designed and developed a powerful weather display, dissemination, and remote maintenance monitoring (RMM) tool known as AWOSWeb™. This web browser application gathers and disseminates current weather conditions from Automated Weather Observing Systems (AWOS) and displays the data in a powerful format.
AWOSWeb™ is an aggregation tool for weather data. It allows the owner of several AWOS systems to create a repository of weather information and disseminate that information via a web browser to either public or private networks. AWOSWeb™ collects and displays the current weather, archives weather reports, displays alarms to assist repair technicians with system faults, and reports the overall status of communications and the individual system components.
“AWI’s AWOSWeb™ is the perfect solution for any Local, State or Federal Government with the need to provide a single dissemination and display point for all AWOS weather reports as well as centralizing maintenance and failure analysis tools for repair technicians. These features allow the AWOS owner to quickly determine the root cause of any failure and deploy to the field with the repair solution the first time.
“AWI’s AWOSWeb™ is the future of weather information dissemination and an enormous cost savings tool to the maintenance community,” said Jason Hall, CEO for AWI.
